X^e Healthy Energy Drink Contest

PART 1: Xoçai™ Healthy Team

Effective December 7th, 2009 through May 30th, 2010, US and Canadian Affiliates and higher must personally develop a Xoçai™ Healthy Team. Each Affiliate enrolled counts as 10 points, each Associate enrolled counts as 20 points, each Business Builder enrolled counts as 60 points, and each Executive enrolled counts as 120 points.

PART 2: Xe YouTube® Video

Step 1: Obtain approval for your Xe YouTube® video by emailing it to MXI Compliance at compliance@mxicorp.com.

Step 2: Starting on January 1st, 2010, after receiving approval from MXI Compliance, post your “Xe Healthy Energy” video on YouTube® using “Xe” in the search title.

Step 3: After posting your Xe video, email MXI Compliance your YouTube® URL.

Length: Maximum length of video is five minutes.

Points: Each 100 views counts as 1 point and you may only receive points from one YouTube® video.

Dates: January 1st, 2010 through May 30th, 2010.

Monthly Prizes

Qualifications

Total number of monthly views of your Xe YouTube® video.

1st Place: Most viewed Xe YouTube® video for the calendar month will receive a personalized Official Xe Snowboard and 6 packs of the Xe.

2nd Place: Will receive 6 packs of the Xe.

3rd Place: Will receive 3 packs of the Xe.

Dates: January 1st, 2010 through May 31st, 2010 (5 months).

Grand Prizes

Top 10 Point Earners

Prize: Based upon Xoçai™ Healthy Team and Xe YouTube® video views, top 10 will receive an all-expense paid trip for two to the 2010 International General Celebration (IGC) including:

Airfare, limo transportation, hotel, Lake Tahoe Cruise, Private Corporate Office Tour, IGC, tickets, priority seating, special recognition, Dinner with Executives, & Convention Tool Pack. Each video will be featured at the 2010 IGC.

Dates: December 7th, 2009 through May 30th, 2010.

Live Vote

IGC attendees will vote on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 to determine the Top 3 Grand Prize Winners.

3rd Place

$2,500 cash. 

2nd Place

All-expense paid trip for two to the 2011 Gold Bullion Reward Cruise including: airfare, transportation, hotel, cruise, and $500 cash.
